Tyson Kidd

Wrestling Biography
Tyson Kidd was born in July of 1980 as Theodore James Wilson (sometimes known as T.J.). While he is currently signed with the WWE, he originally began his wrestling career in Canadian Professional Wrestling. This resulted in him training in Calgary with Stu Hart and Tokyo Joe. He wrestled in his first professional match when he was only fifteen.
Tyson Kidd got even closer to his dream of becoming a full-time professional wrestler with the WWE when he was able to complete five tours in the New Japan Pro Wrestling in 2002. While he was wrestling with Stampede Wrestling in Calgary in 2004 he was given the name Stampede Kid because of his young age and his wrestling maneuvers. Two years later in 2006, Kidd managed to capture the Stampede North American Heavyweight Championship.
This championship resulted with Tyson Kidd being signed with the WWE in November of 2006. From there he moved into the WWE’s Deep South Wrestling (DSW) division, which was a developmental project for the WWE in early 2007. However, this division did not work out and Tyson Kidd found himself being moved once again to join up with the Florida Championship Wrestling division. He trained in this developmental facility with others to form the Next Generation Hart Foundation. In December he won the FCW Southern Heavyweight Championship.
It wasn’t until February of 2009 that Tyson Kidd finally made his official debut on television with the WWE during an episode of ECW. Kidd won his first match, but later lost a match to Tommy Dreamer and Evan Bourne in a tag team competition. Tyson Kidd was being managed by his real-life girlfriend, Natalya (Nattie Neidhart), who was also in wrestling. However, Natalya was still in the WWE’s SmackDown brand of wrestlers, but in the 2009 Supplemental Draft she was traded to join Kidd in the ECW.
In May, DH Smith (the son of the British Bulldog) joined Kidd and Natalya to form The Hart Dynasty. The trio was traded to Smackdown in June.
