Wrestling Biography
Jessica Kresa is the birthname of TNA Wrestler ODB which stands for "One Dirty Bitch". Her background in Minnesota was ice hockey where she was team captain in high school and played at St. Cloud State University. She tried out for WWE's reality show Tough Enough and made the Top 25 but missed the final cut of the show. She went back to Minnesota and wrestled all around the Midwest facing men such as Ken Anderson (Mr. Kenndy) and Shawn Daivari. She appeared in TNA in 2003 and 2004 in quick feud with both Trinity and Traci Brooks.
Kresa went to Ohio Valley Wrestling in June 2006 and and using the name ODB, she created the Women's Championship even though it did not exist. Eventually it became a real title and ODB lost it to Serena Deeb in September 2006. In spring 2007, ODB won the first ever "Miss OVW" and regained the Women's title after beating Katie Lea. She lost it to Milena Roucka in in September 2007.
In 2007, ODB was contracted to appear at TNA's Bound for Glory in a 10 Knockout Gauntlet to crown the first TNA Knockout champion which was won by Gail Kim. She originally supposed to play a heel but she became a crowd favorite and hence became a face. After becoming the number one contender to Awesome Kong and the title, she came up short in her attempt for the belt. She continued to come up short for the title and began a feud with The Beautiful People. After winning a six-way Knockout match, ODB got another chance at the Knockout title but lost once again.
She got a new manager in the name Cody Deaner and Deaner and herself faced current Knockouts champion Angelina Love and Velevet Sky with the title on the line. Deaner pinned Angelina which mean ODB won the belt but Deaner refused to give it up. ODB and Deaner fought in a match and ODB beat Deaner for her first Knockouts championship. After defending the title for two months, she lost the title to Tara and turned heel for the first time in two years.
