Wrestling Biography
Nelson Erazo, better known as Homicide, is a native New Yorker and was born in 1977. He started his wrestling career on his own by teaching himself how to wrestling in New York. After wrestling without any formal training, he joined a wrestling school in New Jersey ran by Manny Fernandez. He worked on the independent circuit throughout the 90's with his best work coming in Jersey All-Pro Wrestling as part of the Nation of Immigration. with Kane D. They won the JAPW tag team titles in March 1998. They lost the titles but Homicide went on to win the titles two more times with Don Montoya and B-Boy
Homicide would go on to win the JAPW Heavyweight Championship six times and face names such as Jay Lethal and others. Homicide went to Ring of Honor in 2002 where he would feud with Steve Corino and lost to him due to outside interference from Corino's stable. The feud with Corino would go on for over a year and after this, he would go after Samoa Joe and the ROH World Title. Homicide, even with the help of his group The Rottweiliers, lost to Joe on every turn. After feuding with Jay Lethal, American Dragon, and Colt Cabana, Homicide once again went after the ROH World Title.
In December 2006, Homicide finally won the title from Byran Danielson. He defended against Chris Hero and Samoa Joe until losing Takeshi Morshima. At this time, Homicide began working for TNA Wrestling. In December 2005, he debuted with Konnan's Latin American Xchange. In August 2006, Homicide and Hernandez beat AJ Styles and Christopher Daniesl for the NWA Tag Team Championship and over the few months the belts would change hands between these two teams and America's Most Wanted with LAX winning the belts to end the year.
They would go on to face Team 3D and lose the belts to them in a Electrified Steel Cage match. In 2008, LAX won the vacant TNA World Tag Team Championship over Team 3D. A feud started with Beer Money where LAX lost the titles to them and LAX began to focus on their singles career. In July 2009, Homicide beat Suicide for the X Division title but lost it to Samoa Joe. Later in the year, Homicide attacked his former partner Hernandez and joined the World Elite, a group consisting of foreign wrestlers. His attitude changed into a loose cannon attacking everyone from wrestlers to annoucers. On the first Impact of 2010, Homicide attacked Jeff Hardy who was making his return to TNA after four years but Homicide was laid out by Hardy.
